On GBA, Pokemon Pinball: Ruby & Sapphire is the most solid bet after Pinball of the Dead. There's also Austin Powers, KISS, and Patriotic Pinball which from what I understand were all done by the same team (who may or may not have had a hand in the Pro Pinball series). There's a few others like True Pinball and Extreme Pinball, which were so-so. I want to say there's four or so discs of the Pro-Pinball series for the PS1. Time Cruise on the TG16 is a decent pinball game, nowhere near as fun as Alien or Devil's Crush but still entertaining. The latter I've yet to play but have heard SO many good things about it.
